A 3-year-old in Stebbins was accidentally killed on New Year’s Eve after being run over by a truck, according to Alaska State Troopers.
Alaska State Troopers arrested 18-year-old Rylan Snowball of Stebbins on the pending charge of first-degree assault.
Alaska State Troopers were notified of the break-in on Sunday afternoon. As of Tuesday, Trooper Mark Granda said they have no solid leads or suspects.
