School lunches don’t always get high marks for being healthy. Tim Stettinger – lead cook at Nome-Beltz High School – is working to change that.

Tim recently spoke with KNOM about the food that is placed on students’ trays each day. In his tenure as Nome-Beltz’s lead cook, Tim has done his best to improve the lunch menus, making sure that the food being consumed by the students is both satisfying to their taste buds and good for their health.
