Profile: Kaatiluta

This Saturday the Bering Straits Foundation, Sitnasuak Foundation and friends invite Nome residents to Kaatiluta. The event celebrates Alaska Native and Native American Heritage Month. BSF Executive Vice President and event organizer Moriah Sallaffie says Saturday will simply be a time of celebrating the diverse native cultures in Nome. The name means “all of us, together.”
